FARPACTA is simplifying the Canadian experience requirements for professionals to join their regulatory bodies. However, at SPAN-EA, we recognize the distinctions between international and Canadian experiences, and we actively encourage and guide our members to gain this experience through volunteering, mentorship, networking, and further studies. We provide advice and support to our members on how to obtain this experience and stress the significance of sharing information among members.
